A dirigible wedding, with a little steampunk style.

We did it! After some last minute scrambling to account for the unseasonable spring storm we managed to get ourselves hitched! The ceremony was short, sweet, and beautiful. Allie was stunning in her custom wedding dress.

The reception was a blast! Good music, friends, family… and everyone got all dressed up and really into the theme!

We had an amazing time and, most importantly, — we’re married!

We’re going to post the pictures as soon as we’ve got them, but all of you should upload your own photos of the event as well! We’d love to share them.

P.S: We’re really looking forward to seeing all of you Portlanders on the 17th at the backstage. Don’t forget your costumes! You’ll have to work pretty hard to beat what some of the folks down here in CA did.

Unfortunately, because of the rain, the airship flight was canceled postponed. Trust us, we’re not too disappointed!  We had an awesome ceremony firmly on the ground, and we’ll have a wonderful flight later in the year when we can reassemble our wedding party and try again. Just another party to look forward to!

Hi everyone! You’re probably visiting the site because you just received our save-the-date email. We hope you remembered to email us your mailing address. We’ll be sending out the invitations soon.

April 11th is the day of the big event – it will open aboard the airship, for our immediate family and conclude at a larger gathering with extended family and friends.

Portlanders – Our dear Portland friends! We’ll be having a celebration in Portland for you all to join us, most likely on April 16th or 17th. We’ll keep you posted as we work out the details.
